Job Title: Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our Digital Health Technology team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management solution discovery team, you will work closely with internal business stakeholders and suppliers to define and continuously align a technical and architectural vision and roadmap with our evolving Supply Chain Management operations strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define a Technical and Architectural Vision: Develop a comprehensive technical and architectural vision and roadmap for our Supply Chain Management operations.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Work closely with internal business stakeholders and suppliers to define high-level solutions and establish critical Non-Functional requirements.
  • Evaluate and Recommend Solutions: Evaluate and recommend vendor or development solutions to meet our business needs.
  • Design and Plan System Implementation: Design and plan system implementation, enablers, or integration to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Develop and implement rapid prototyping to test and validate design decisions.
  • Analysis of Design Decision Impact: Analyze the impact of design decisions on our business operations.
  • Establish a System Framework: Establish a system framework that enables continuous delivery and follows Agile Architecture Principles.
  • Act as a Tech Leader: Act as a technical leader for a large transformation program and drive technical excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in a Similar Role: Experience in a similar role as part of a major IT System Transformation.
  • Agile Team Experience: Experience working in Agile teams and managing vendors.
  • Software Development Team Experience: Experience working with software development teams and managing vendors.
  • Supply Chain Planning Experience: Experience with o9 Advanced Planning solution or other Supply Chain Planning application.
  • Supply Chain Solutions Experience: Experience with Supply Chain Solutions and ERP applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain Management Experience: Experience with Supply Chain Management and ERP systems.
  • Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement Experience: Experience with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Procurement.
  • Continuous Exploration Team Experience: Experience working in a Continuous Exploration or Discovery team.
  • Certified SAFe Architect: Certified SAFe Architect or equivalent.
  • Basic Knowledge of TOGAF: Basic knowledge of TOGAF.
