About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant to join our KYC Solution Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients for the configuration and implementation of our KYC products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with project managers, customer success managers, and product specialists to gather business requirements, document, and implement solutions that meet customers' needs.
  • Assist in the installation and upgrading of our software for clients.
  • Configure or help configure our software to match the clients' needs.
  • Participate in the Testing activities (unitary, integration, UAT).
  • Provide technical training to clients' administrators.
  • Utilize our tracking systems (issues, timesheet).
  • Actively participate in enhancing our product suite and knowledge database (e.g., documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.).
Requirements
  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) required in engineering, computer science, or equivalent IT-related degree program.
  • 1-5 years' experience working in a technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform.
  • Functional understanding of finance instruments within the banking or insurance industries.
  • Relevant experience in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Exposed Person risk management.
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, Cloud Services, API.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Client communication skills.
  • Python coding knowledge is beneficial.
  • Machine Learning or AI experience is beneficial.
