About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team at Flight Centre. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for building dream itineraries for our customers and creating lasting memories for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and customize travel itineraries for customers, taking into account their preferences and budget
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their travel experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer

  • A competitive base wage plus uncapped incentives payment structure
  • Average earnings for a Travel Consultant in their first 12 months are $60k plus super and penalties

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
