About the Role

Veeva's OpenData team is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Australia region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for OpenData in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and understand customer needs and own the user journey
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and identify new opportunities for the product
  • Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps and country strategies
  • Collaborate with the product development team to execute the product roadmap and quality agenda
  • Drive quality and excellence in the product, processes, and database
  • Engage with internal and external customers to demonstrate the value of the product
  • Ensure customer success and contribute to the commercial pipeline

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Pharma Commercial, product management, management consulting, or related fields
  • Process-oriented and analytical skills
  • Database and data quality knowledge
  • Local healthcare market understanding
  • People management and development skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and proactive
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with the team

Nice to Have

  • Agile project management experience
  • Pharma company SFE/Marketing/IT working experience
  • Experience with master data management concepts and applications
  • Familiarity with marketing and databases/data products
