Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our fund service and administration team.
  • Oversight of daily monthly and quarterly unit pricing
  • Review of fund distributions and mandate performance
  • Coordination of new fund and client onboarding
  • Management of fund terminations
  • Liaison with product and front office teams

The successful candidate will work closely with junior staff members to drive outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Unit Pricing Management: Oversight of daily monthly and quarterly unit pricing including ETFs.
  2. Fund Distribution Review: Review of fund distributions and mandate performance.
  3. New Fund Onboarding: Coordination of new fund and client onboarding.
  4. Fund Termination Management: Management of fund terminations.
  5. Team Liaison: Liaison with product and front office teams such as portfolio managers risk and compliance.

You will contribute to the development of small teams and work collaboratively to drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in fund accounting services or administration
  • Understanding of unit pricing performance and tax distributions
  • Knowledge of domestic and international fixed income equities including ETFs
  • Experience managing small teams preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Degree in finance accounting or related field
