Job Opportunity

The Assistant Vice President will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for the development and growth of the client services unit within our private equity fund services business.

Fund Administration Managers are responsible for directing the day-to-day accounting and administration for several client-sponsored investment funds.

This role is vital to us because it allows the candidate to make their mark in the alternative investment industry from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of professionals to review reports and deliverables for private equity clients
  • Maintain goals and careers development plans for direct reports and meet performance planning requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to all staff levels
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting, with a focus on private equity/alternative segment
  • Manage client expectations and participate in discussions with existing clients and prospects

Required Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel skills

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years of accounting experience, including 2-3 years of supervisory and financial reporting experience
  • Specific experience in private equity/fund of funds is a must
