  • Analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Global operating model effectiveness
  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions
  • Verbal and written communication skills; executive presentation skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite expertise
