Job Title: Fund Services Leadership

Job Summary

The Fund Services Leader will play a pivotal role in leading the Fund Services Team, providing robust and reliable solutions that enhance performance and mitigate risk.

You will be responsible for fund accounting and tax services operations, working with senior stakeholders, clients, regulators, and industry forums to ensure thorough understanding and application of valuation/pricing methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for fund accounting and tax services operations, including training, mentoring, and ongoing feedback to ensure continual professional growth and career development.
  • Ongoing stakeholder relationship management, involving regular interaction with clients, brokers, custodians, auditors, and offshore service centers.
  • Partnering with sales and business development teams to facilitate revenue growth.
  • Maintaining a fluid and efficient client onboarding process with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.
  • Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of both internal and external financial reporting, financial regulatory reporting, statutory reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Managing all operations, ensuring that Fund Accounting requirements are met, including oversight, review, and preparation of daily deliverables.

This high-profile role requires significant experience in a similar role in Australia, with fund accounting and tax experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success leading and developing a team, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
