
Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients during the perioperative experience, including assisting anaesthetists in caring for paediatric and adult patients undergoing sedation or general anaesthesia in the operating theatre.
- Deliver postoperative care in the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) as part of an inclusive and collaborative perioperative team.
- Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
- Commitment to excellence in nursing practice and continuing professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Understanding of professional, ethical and legal requirements of a Registered Nurse.
