Disability Support Worker Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Disability Support Worker to provide exceptional service and support clients in achieving their goals as set out in their NDIS plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver client-focused support to assist clients in improving their physical and mental health.
  • Plan and coordinate client activities, outings, and daily living assistance.
  • Develop connections with the community to help clients achieve their objectives.
  • Assist with domestic support, social interaction, transport, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications:
  • Hold an NDIS Workers Screening Check or be willing to obtain.
  • Have a valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Hold a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Be available to work weekdays, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Be willing to travel to various locations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in Disability Support or Assistant in Nursing (AIN).
  • Skilled in Manual Handling, managing challenging behaviors, and delivering high-care support.
