Advanced Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join our dynamic team at the newly renovated Emergency Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for motivated nurses who wish to contribute their skills and experience to a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our team, and contributing to a positive work culture.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing safe and effective nursing care to patients using an individualised holistic approach related to the goals of care determined by the Primary Nurse (Registered Nurse) and within professional role limits and Enrolled Nurse Scope of Practice.
- Working under both the direct and indirect supervision of the Registered Nurse, consulting with them to ensure delegation is commensurate with own level of competence and within Local Health District (LHD) and Service policy, particularly in relation to the administration of medications.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
