Clean Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clean Services Manager to lead our cleaning operations. This is a great opportunity for a customer-focused individual to develop their career in a dynamic cleaning company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and implementing efficient cleaning schedules to ensure tasks are carried out effectively.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff.
  • Inspecting cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis to maintain high standards.
  • Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste.
  • Providing assistance to cleaning staff while they carry out their duties.
  • Submitting reports to management about cleaning personnel, equipment, supplies, and expenses.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent time-keeping, organization, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Self-motivation and strong leadership qualities.

Working Conditions:

- 8 hour shift

- Flexible hours available.

Benefits:
