Job Title: Club Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Operations Director to lead our venue. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory, determining employees' schedules, and ensuring the club is well-stocked and clean.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains inventory and ensures the club is well-stocked.
  • Determines employees' schedules and delegates tasks effectively.
  • Oversees planning for special events and initiates vendor relationships.
  • Hires, trains, promotes, and disciplines staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Approved manager license.
  • Accomplished mixology skills.
  • Excellent multitasking ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership ability and organizational skills.
  • Calm under pressure and able to maintain restraint in stressful situations.
