We are seeking a seasoned Cleaning Operations Director to lead cleaning services across multiple commercial and government sites in Sydney.

About the Role

This is an executive-level leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong background in operations management, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service quality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily cleaning operations at various client sites, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Work on-site 5 days a week to direct teams and guarantee high-quality standards
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary point of contact
  • Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and reporting to verify compliance with quality standards
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance support to cleaning staff members
  • Address service issues and client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating matters when necessary

The ideal candidate will possess Australian citizenship, have extensive experience in managing cleaning operations, exhibit strong leadership and team management skills, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities, and display meticulous problem-solving capabilities.
