Effective Team Management and Leadership

This role requires a high degree of leadership and management expertise to effectively manage and lead a team in delivering cleaning services for multiple sites.

Responsibilities

  • Training and onboarding new team members in day-to-day operations, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities within the team.

  • Liaising and communicating with key stakeholders, including site managers and clients, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Escalating issues and concerns to maintain safety and avoid downtime, while implementing effective problem-solving strategies to mitigate risks.

  • Monitoring inventory and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to the team at all times.

  • Knowledge of cleaning contract management and rostering, enabling effective planning and scheduling of workloads.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' supervising experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving desired outcomes.

  • Proven customer service and management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

  • A full driver's licence, allowing for flexibility in travel and transportation.
