Remote Property Management Opportunity

This part-time role offers the flexibility to work from home full-time, managing a remote portfolio of approximately 140 properties in South Australia's south-east.

As a property manager, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues, and contractors. You will also be required to promote properties, monitor arrears and bond claims, and coordinate maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in remote property management, current registration as a property manager, and exceptional communication skills. A high level of care factor and customer service is essential, as well as highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills.
