Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavioural assessments and developing comprehensive behaviour support plans.

About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of behaviour support services, and we are looking for a Behaviour Support Practitioner who is experienced in working with individuals with complex needs. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team to provide behaviour support services to clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioural assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviour
  • Develop comprehensive behaviour support plans that address the individual's needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to implement behaviour support plans
  • Provide behaviour support services to clients in their homes and communities
Requirements
  • Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a related field
  • Proficient level NDIS registration
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with individuals with complex needs
