Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Brisbane, QLD. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with clients to develop and implement comprehensive behaviour support plans, utilising evidence-based principles and relevant standards.

  • Conduct functional behavioural assessments and develop quality behaviour support plans
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients through confident and clear communication
  • Understand and apply evidence-based principles and relevant standards

Requirements
  • Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Minimum of PROFICIENT level NDIS registration
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
  • Effective communication skills with parents and carers
  • A passion for helping children and adults with behavioural difficulties
