**Job Summary**
We invite applications from experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and inclusive work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing tailored behaviour support plans and implementing interventions that empower individuals to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans that cater to the unique needs of each participant
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support plans
- Provide coaching and guidance to Behaviour Support Practitioners to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behaviour support
**Requirements**
- Completed self-assessment for NDIS registration confirmed to be at a CORE, PROFICIENT, ADVANCED or SPECIALIST level
- Relevant qualifications and experience in behaviour support, such as psychology, social work, youth work, or teaching
- Strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles and their application in real-world scenarios
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

- A competitive salary range starting from $80,000 up to $130,000 per annum, depending on experience
