Senior Retirement Operations Manager

Leading a dynamic team, you will oversee daily operations and sales in a large aged care provider. Your key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction, achieving occupancy targets, and promoting a strong customer focus culture.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing engagement of residents and the Resident Committee to optimize resident empowerment and satisfaction.
Key Activities:- Deliver social activities and events to enhance resident experience
- Manage budget, resource planning, and strategy for the Village
- Support the sales process to achieve agreed sales and occupancy targets
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A genuine passion for engaging the retirement living community
- Proven management experience in a similar role within retirement living or business sectors
- Sales experience in property or other Business to Customer environment, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work with legislation and a sound understanding of the relevant laws
- A customer-centric philosophy combined with an ability to 'get things done'
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including problem-solving abilities
- Budgeting and reporting experience to support financial goals
