Vivid Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Manager to lead the submission process for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and post-bid measurement, as well as supporting local business development and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain submission documents, coordinating internal and sub-consultant input, writing, and graphic design.
- Manage marketing collateral and submission content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Produce pitch and presentation material, showcasing our clients' expertise and capabilities.
- Drive post-bid reviews and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Track and report leads and opportunities, providing valuable insights to our clients.
- Support the Communications Manager with business development initiatives, client events, sponsorship, and partnership coordination.
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services.
- Proven experience in large-scale, multi-faceted bid management, with a strong understanding of tender requirements and deadlines.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in InDesign and working within brand guidelines and templates.
- Adaptable and forward-thinking, with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
