We're currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a Bid Coordinator, you'll be involved in the delivery of proposals, bids, tenders, and submissions. You'll put together bid content, use your skills to make it look presentable, and be on the lookout for bid opportunities. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, gather and format proposal inputs from stakeholders, create, review, and refine bid content, monitor progress, raise risks, and participate in debriefs. You'll also oversee document control and change management, ensuring proposals meet branding and quality guidelines.
Requirements- Skilled in bid coordination within technical environments.
- Strong business writing and producing high-quality work.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Expertise in database management.
- Knowledgeable in templates, macros, and styles.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Effective time management and organisational abilities.
- Collaborative team player with commercial insight.
- Ideally, you'll have experience in either Defence or Government Administration.
