Hotel Guest Service Agent Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven professional to join our team as a Hotel Guest Service Agent.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to guests and visitors from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.

Our hotel is located in close proximity to the CBD with sensational views of the Swan River, offering a unique and exciting work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering service excellence, handling a wide variety of front office tasks, and providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering service excellence and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Handling a wide variety of front office tasks, including checking in and out guests, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries
  • Providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
