Assistant Concession Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to fill the position of Assistant Concession Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fashion-forward environment, working in a team that drives exceptional customer service and supports visual merchandising to create in-store experiences that inspire customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coaching their team to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with customers. They will also facilitate training on customer service standards and lead high-quality induction experiences for new starters.

In addition, they will maintain a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting wellbeing and using available data to inform business decisions.

  • Develop and deliver training programs on customer service standards and conduct inductions for new staff members
