We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Reviewer. As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will visit retail outlets and provide valuable feedback to our clients on store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc.
This work involves posing as a customer while making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and a good memory, is reliable, has great communication skills, and access to the internet.
