Offender Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as an Offender Rehabilitation Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting offenders to make positive changes in their lives.
As an Offender Rehabilitation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to refer offenders to relevant services and monitor their compliance with court orders. You will work closely with our team to ensure that offenders receive the necessary support and guidance to achieve successful rehabilitation outcomes.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Referring offenders to relevant services to support their rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.
- Monitoring offender compliance against court orders and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.
- Implementing effective responses to non-compliance and escalating matters as required to senior staff in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, strong time-management and organisational skills, and a passion for service excellence. Demonstrated experience or awareness of key case management components would be highly regarded.
