About the Role

We are currently seeking a Case Manager to support offenders in achieving successful completion of their court orders, while maintaining community safety.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in offender rehabilitation and community protection.

As a Case Manager, you will oversee a case load of offenders with various order requirements aimed at reducing reoffending risks.

You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments, develop customized case plans, provide interventions and address the underlying causes of offending behavior.

You will also be responsible for directing and monitoring compliance with offender's court order obligations.

To succeed in this role, you will have experience or understanding of effective case management practices, proactively managing complex cases with high-risk individuals.

You will also possess expertise working within legislative frameworks, assertiveness and confidence when dealing with challenging behaviors, and capability to produce detailed reports and other standard documents in accordance with procedural guidelines.

A relevant qualification in social work, human services, criminal justice or criminology is highly desirable.
