Offender Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team in Melbourne's South. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in offender rehabilitation and community safety.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and develop case plans to reduce reoffending risk
- Provide interventions and address underlying causes of offending
- Direct and monitor compliance with offender obligations
- Utilize case management practices to engage offenders and reduce reoffending risk
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience or understanding of effective case management, risk assessment, and modeling pro-social behaviors
- Assertiveness and confidence in dealing with challenging individuals
- Relevant qualifications in social work, human services, criminal justice, or criminology
