Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to lead our Salesforce initiatives and drive operational efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to evaluate our current Salesforce setup, identify areas for improvement, and implement successful enhancements.

Your goal will be to ensure optimal performance of our Salesforce platform, driving integration and alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into Salesforce configurations, developing meaningful reports and dashboards, and providing user training and adoption support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience in building, customizing, administering, and maintaining Salesforce systems
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • In-depth technical understanding of object data models, data schemas, and relational databases
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support, with an ability to relay technical information

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
