About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product managers and functional analysts to build exceptional technical solutions, maximising investment in the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimise and simplify existing Salesforce functionality and codebases, enhancing system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Play a pivotal role in the CRM transformation journey, focusing on Salesforce as the core platform.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Kotlin, Typescript, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Strong skills in deploying cloud-based solutions, with an emphasis on observability, scalability, resilience, and recovery.
  • Key strength in integration across various API's.
  • Familiarity with architecture and design standards, source code management, and experience in a DevOps environment, including CI/CD processes and tools.
