We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join Matrix Education, a leading education institution in Sydney.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related inquiries from stakeholders,
  • Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet business requirements,
  • Handling and prioritising support requests efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations,
  • Designing and implementing scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions to meet business needs,
  • Leading the development, testing and deployment of all upcoming user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives,
  • Breaking work down into tasks and maintaining accurate work progress in project management software (Jira/Trello).
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two years' experience designing, implementing and supporting Salesforce Solutions,
  • Minimum five years' of technical development experience,
  • Experience in customisation development of SF applications using Lightning, VisualForce, Apex, Triggers, and Flows,
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions and deployment of solutions to end users,
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills,
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly,
  • Self-starter who is willing and able to be hands on in working with internal stakeholders,
  • Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
