ClickView, a pioneering educational video company in Australia, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to lead its salesforce initiatives. This permanent role offers a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration with a high-performing team.
The Role:
This Salesforce Solutions Architect position demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, expertise in its build, customization, administration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will evaluate ClickView's current setup against objectives, identify successful implementations, and drive enhancements while supporting users globally as the company scales and expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements through interviews, workshops, and reviewing existing documentation.
- Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Translate business requirements into Salesforce configurations and customizations, including data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Data Migration and Integration: Analyze data requirements and contribute to strategies for data migration into Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Report and Dashboard Development: Define reporting requirements and work with stakeholders to create meaningful reports and dashboards within Salesforce, providing insights into sales performance and business metrics.
- User Training and Adoption: Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions to ensure stakeholders understand how to effectively use Salesforce.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Contribute to test plans and test cases to validate that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce environment and stay informed about new features and updates, providing recommendations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and other materials to support Salesforce implementations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure clear understanding of business needs and objectives.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the build, customization, administration, and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
- Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
- In-depth technical understanding of object data models, data schemas, and relational databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
- Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
