Marketing Campaign Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end B2B direct marketing campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver omni-channel campaigns from content creation through to execution in Hubspot, including post-campaign analysis.
- Create customer journeys, campaign workflows, audience targeting, and content personalisation within Hubspot and other platforms across email, SMS, push, and loyalty channels.
- Brief and create content for direct marketing activations, including hands-on copywriting and campaign asset build-out.
- Manage point-based offers within the loyalty platform, ensuring seamless integration with other member benefits.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements for future marketing efforts.
