About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Local Area Marketing Team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that support local store growth, increase brand awareness, and deliver a cohesive and memorable customer experience across our retail footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate local marketing activities aligned to strategic marketing plans for stores.
  • Digital & Social Activation: Support delivery of social media content and community engagement across platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Content Coordination: Manage creative briefs and delivery of print, digital, email, SMS, and social assets.
  • Customer Experience: Contribute to optimising customer journeys and identifying touchpoints to elevate in-store and online experiences.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness using key metrics and stakeholder feedback.
