Job Title

A highly skilled and experienced Account Manager is required to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cross-platform marketing, data analysis, and performance reporting. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about live entertainment and has a collaborative approach. If you have experience in advertising or marketing, preferably servicing theatrical, arts, or entertainment clients, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships & Project Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Campaign Delivery: Oversee all aspects of client campaigns including creative, production, content, reporting, and agency services.
  • Paid & Organic Media: Lead paid media campaigns, including delivery, performance tracking, optimisation, and analysis.
  • Content & Copywriting: Develop and lead content strategies, including proactive content ideas and planning.
  • Reporting & Insights: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Budget & Administration: Manage budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking in collaboration with Directors and Finance.
  • Team Collaboration: Support and guide team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 3+ years in advertising or marketing, preferably servicing theatrical, arts, or entertainment clients.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of cross-platform marketing, data analysis, performance reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social platforms.
  • Attributes: Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about live entertainment.
