Job Title:

A contract building inspection position has become available with a reputable company in Newcastle and the Hunter region.

  • Experience in building inspections and report writing is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential.
  • Computer literacy and ability to operate tablet-based reporting systems are necessary.
  • Permanent residents of Australia with a valid Certificate IV building licence are preferred.

Applicants will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.

  5. Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry.
  6. Have worked in roles requiring a sound understanding of the Building Code of Australia (BCA).
  7. Hold a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment purposes.
  8. Be in possession of a Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card).
