We are seeking a skilled Contract Building Inspector to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have a Certificate IV Registered Builders license and are looking for flexible work.

As a Contract Building Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and reports throughout Newcastle and the Hunter region. You will need to have strong communication and personal presentation skills, as well as good computer skills and the ability to operate a tablet reporting system.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a sound understanding of presentation and approachability, as well as availability for a minimum of 1-2 days per week. You must also be a permanent resident of Australia with a current Certificate IV building licence.

Key Requirements

  • Good computer skills and ability to operate a tablet reporting system

About the Role
