Overview

Houspect NSW Pty Ltd is looking for Certificate IV Registered Builders to complete contract building inspections and reports throughout Newcastle and the Hunter region. Houspect will only consider applicants who have;

  • A Certificate IV registered builder's licence (10+ years minimum)
  • Strong communication and personal presentation skills
  • Good computer skills and the ability to operate a tablet reporting system
  • A sound understanding of presentation and approachability
  • Availability for a minimum of 1-2 days per week
  • Permanent residents of Australia with a current Certificate IV building licence

Houspect will provide building inspections training and ongoing support for successful applicants.

Houspect has been operating in Australia for over 40 years with offices in WA, VIC, SA and NT. Houspect NSW has been providing a high-quality service and a style of report that is well received using considered and appropriate language in a format that is easy to read and understand. We continue to grow and operate Sydney wide, up to the Hunter region and throughout the Central Coast.

Under construction, handover and dilapidation/condition reports are the most popular reports we do but we also arrange pre-purchase/vendor, strata & general investigation reports.

We pride ourselves on being focused on customer service. By running a properly staffed office, we can support our customers and our inspectors by having a team that is readily available to help with bookings, report status, special needs and general questions.

All our inspectors are well presented in Houspect uniform and have excellent diction and empathy for varying situations.

Houspect takes pride in pointing out we only engage Certificate IV Registered Builders to do our residential and commercial work.
