Key Leadership Role

We seek a highly skilled Floor Manager to join our Canberra store team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Model: Showcase our brand experience to customers by embodying our values and delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Sales Culture: Drive a sales culture to exceed targets and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilise and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
  • Communication: Facilitate open communication with your team by providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the leadership team.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and colleague matters within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Retail Experience: Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.

  • Client Focus: Passionate about excellent customer service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents our brand.
  • Culture: Passionate about maintaining a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
  • Results-Driven: Drive for results with a history of exceeding targets and KPI's.

Additional Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
  • Ability to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
