
Remote Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a challenging and rewarding remote work environment. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care and health education in a dynamic and diverse setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver primary and emergency healthcare, including advanced life support and trauma management as required.
- Conduct daily medical clinics, manage work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and facilitate return-to-work planning.
- Liaise with internal and external healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.
- Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health surveillance, and facilitate health assessments such as audiometry and spirometry.
- Facilitate health-related training programs including First Aid, CPR, Injury Management, and occupational health awareness.
- Maintain medical facilities and equipment to a high standard, ensuring alignment with clinical governance protocols.
- Promote workplace health initiatives and deliver training sessions aligned with the Healthier strategy.
- Uphold all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and CPR Certification.
- Trauma Qualification.
- Current certification in Drug and Alcohol Testing.
- Proven experience in remote or resource sector health service delivery is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in multidisciplinary team settings.
