Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a challenging and rewarding remote work environment. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care and health education in a dynamic and diverse setting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver primary and emergency healthcare, including advanced life support and trauma management as required.
  • Conduct daily medical clinics, manage work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, and facilitate return-to-work planning.
  • Liaise with internal and external healthcare providers for medevacs and specialist referrals.
  • Conduct drug and alcohol testing, health surveillance, and facilitate health assessments such as audiometry and spirometry.
  • Facilitate health-related training programs including First Aid, CPR, Injury Management, and occupational health awareness.
  • Maintain medical facilities and equipment to a high standard, ensuring alignment with clinical governance protocols.
  • Promote workplace health initiatives and deliver training sessions aligned with the Healthier strategy.
  • Uphold all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Advanced Life Support (ALS) and CPR Certification.
  • Trauma Qualification.
  • Current certification in Drug and Alcohol Testing.
  • Proven experience in remote or resource sector health service delivery is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in multidisciplinary team settings.
