Portfolio Leasing Specialist

This role is responsible for the management of a large and varied portfolio of leased properties. The successful candidate will contribute to the coordination of property leases, including site inspections, negotiation of lease arrangements, and review of invoices for payment.
The job involves providing advice on all aspects of the lease and licence management cycle, including liaison with external parties on new and existing leases, and operation of leases and management strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the establishment, extension, renewal, variation, management, and surrender of property leases and licences
- Contribute to the management of the Department's large and varied leased property portfolio
- Provide advice on all aspects of the lease and licence management cycle
- Review invoices for payment and conduct site visits
- Consider risk and compliance in a lease setting
- Demonstrated experience in property lease and licence management
- Demonstrated experience in property or facilities management
- Sound skills and experience in managing competing demands across multiple tasks
- Sound interpersonal and verbal communication skills
