Job Title: Strategic Lease Management Specialist

Are you an experienced property professional looking for a challenging role in lease management? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a key part in optimising the property portfolio of a leading state government agency.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio. This includes negotiating, implementing and managing agreements that align with asset management strategies, enhance operational efficiency and support long-term organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease and licence agreements to ensure compliance and alignment with asset management strategies
  • Negotiate and implement agreements that optimise property portfolio performance
  • Oversee Licences to Occupy (LTOs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and co-location arrangements
  • Provide expert advice and support to internal teams on property-related matters
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with government standards

Required Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in managing lease and licence agreements across a diverse property portfolio. You should also have proven ability to develop, review, negotiate and implement agreements aligned with strategic and operational goals.

A strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential for this position. Additionally, knowledge of relevant legislation and government property frameworks is highly desirable.
