Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management programs across APAC. Your role will involve leading key initiatives in leadership development, succession planning, and organisational design.

You will work closely with stakeholders to create innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement. This will include designing and delivering training programs, managing executive talent pipelines, and enhancing leadership team effectiveness.
