This role will play a pivotal role in their continued expansion across a few key channels, including P&C, Foodservice and Independent Grocery.
The State Sales Manager – SA & NT is responsible for driving transformational growth across a diverse range of strategic customers.
This role requires a balance between strategic and tactical thinking, demanding agility and a growth-focused, solutions-driven mindset.
Responsibilities Manage key accounts and drive profitable new business development.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and growth strategy that ensures alignment with future business objectives and goals.
Lead negotiations with customers and key stakeholders, including trading terms, tenders, and contracts.
Establish clear routines to manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring accurate forecasting in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Allocate time effectively between strategic planning and tactical execution.
Oversee entire Profit & Loss (P&L) management and key financial metrics for state sales operations.
Make data-driven strategic decisions that align with both short-term and long-term business goals.
Drive profitable growth across key customer segments, both current and future.
