Job Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute to the delivery of various transport, infrastructure and development planning projects.

  • Support project teams in undertaking transport analysis, designs and solutions for development and infrastructure projects.
  • Predict and plan future resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead small-medium sized projects and provide expertise in traffic engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective transport solutions for infrastructure and development projects.
  • Conduct transport analysis and design work to support project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as engineering, transport, town planning, mathematics or economics.
  • A minimum of 6 years relevant industry experience in Traffic Engineering or Transport Planning, preferably within a consulting business environment.
  • Depth of knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience with SIDRA Intersection and/or similar modeling packages.
  • Road Safety Audit and Traffic Impact Assessment experience is highly desirable.
