About the Role

The Talent Mill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to lead our client's David Jones Bondi Concession store. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the State Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar retail or fashion industry role, preferably in a concession store environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and fashion industry developments
