Mimco - Concession Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our concession stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on creating a warm and genuine in-store experience, while also building a high-performing team that is empowered to exceed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profit, and productivity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other concession, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Embody our company values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
