Concession Store Manager Opportunity

As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the financial performance of our concession stores and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong focus on creating a warm and genuine customer service culture, while also driving sales, profit, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer centricity and create a memorable in-store experience
  • Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators, including sales, profit, and productivity targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on commercial acumen and customer service excellence
  • Collaborate with other concession, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve business objectives
  • Embody our cultural values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing fast-paced retail or hospitality businesses
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Experience in managing large teams, with a focus on performance, productivity, training, and development
  • Operational excellence, with experience in stock control and visual merchandising
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
