Real Estate Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Director to lead our structured transactions and advisory services team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining close relationships with clients, driving business growth and delivering results-driven solutions.

The role involves originating, structuring and managing property portfolio realignments and asset redevelopment projects for public and private sector clients. You will be responsible for evaluating complex scenarios, making informed strategic decisions and providing expert advice on real estate and portfolio strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth and deliver results-driven solutions
  • Evaluate complex scenarios and make informed strategic decisions to optimize real estate and portfolio performance
  • Provide expert advice on real estate and portfolio strategy implementation to achieve business objectives
  • Originating, structuring and managing property portfolio realignments and asset redevelopment projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in property/development, infrastructure consulting sector
  • Ability to evaluate complex scenarios and make informed, strategic decisions for clients
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Proven track record and skills in new business development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
