Food Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a Food Service Manager to lead our hospitality team on a part-time basis.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking and serving with a focus on food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen operations to ensure high-quality meals are prepared and served timely.
- Collaborate with senior hospitality staff members to design and implement menus.
- Maintain quality standards by adhering to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in safe food handling, preparation, storage and delivery.
- Clear understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
- Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Australian food and beverage standards.
- Capacity to meet probity checks requirements.
